1. How to Order
When it comes to ordering, you have two options.

Walk-ins
Step 1: Go to a Cinna-buns store.
Step 2: Choose your order from the menu display.
Step 3: Order at the cashier's station.
Step 4: Pay in cash or e-payment.
Step 5: Be patient while your order(s) is(are) being processed.

Delivery
Step 1: Go to our online website; FB Page.
Step 2: Choose your order from the menu display.
Note: You can pay thru e-payment or Cash On Delivery.
Step 3: Send your information details; Name, contact number, addresses to place your order.
Step 4: Confirm your order(s).
Step 5: Get in touch with us about your order/s.
Step 6: Wait for them to be delivered at the specified time.
Step 7: Pay your Order(s) in your choosen Mode Payment.
2. How much is the delivery fee and what are the shipping rates?
Delivery options

Store Delivery
- It costs P 49.00 for every single purchase made for nearby places and locations only.
- Orders worth P 300.00 or more qualify for free delivery.

Grab Food Delivery
NOTE: Certain places, periods, and merchants may have different delivery fees. Before placing your Grab Food/Food Panda order, please check the delivery fee on the app. The delivery fee is added to the total cost of your meal.
3. How do I use/apply a discount or a coupon? (if there's any)
NOTE: Store vouchers may depend on our monthly events. And available for walk-ins only.
How to use the given coupon code or gift cards is discussed below.​
Step 1: Present the coupon code or gift card to the cashier station after you order.
Step 2: Give the needed information.
Step 3: You can use the cash or e-payment (if there's any excess amount to be paid from your order/s.)
Step 4: Be patient while your order(s) is(are) being processed.
